Words cannot express my feelings to this horrific event. I cannot even begin to imagine the loss and sorrow you may be feeling. I will say that my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in your community.

There has been so much talk over the events which have happened; why this occurred, what was the motive; how can such a horrific event be imaginable. Yet this is something which our country has been too well aware of for far too long. The time for talk, the time for conjecture and the time for speculation must end immediately. These events have gone on for far too long, and it is high time to hold our leaders accountable for inactions which precipitate more unnecessary deaths. A civilized nation would address and cure the problem, not let it fester unattended; unfortunately our law makers place band aids on wounds that need surgery. 

There has been so much talk of the taking away of rights; and the regulations of guns. I would remind those naysayers of the loss of rights and the unnecessary loss of life to these innocent victims of these senseless crimes.

I would remind the readers of this article to remember another victim of a senseless shooting, JOHN LENNON who wrote:

Imagine all the people living life in peace....
